AML and KYC at Draxma — when and why

We screen wallets for AML risk and ask for documents only from $1,000 per order or $3,000 per 30 days.

We handle crypto assets and bank cards, so we must check where funds come from.

Wallet AML screening

The sending wallet address is checked for links to fraud, stolen funds and sanctions lists. Most orders pass automatically. If the risk is high, the order is held and we will explain in the order chat what is needed — usually source-of-funds documents, within 7 days. If they are not provided, we return the funds to your address minus a 5% fee, capped at $100.

When KYC is required

Identity verification is required if the order is $1,000 or more, or your total volume over 30 days is $3,000 or more. KYC means a document photo and a selfie.

What we never do

We never ask for passwords, SMS codes or access to your banking app.
