How long does an exchange take?
Once the payment arrives, the payout is sent automatically. USDT is credited after TRON network confirmations; card payments after the bank's PDF receipt is checked. The status is shown live on the order page.
Do I need to sign up?
No. Without an account you can exchange up to $1,000 per order. Status updates go to your email, and the order opens via the link in the email. An account gives you history, volume discounts and the referral programme.
How long is the rate fixed?
For 30 minutes from the moment the order is created. If payment arrives later, the order is recalculated: within 0.5% it proceeds automatically, otherwise you choose a new rate or a refund.
Why a PDF receipt from the bank?
For card payments we verify the transfer with the bank's PDF receipt — screenshots are easy to fake.
What is AML screening?
Every wallet address is checked against sanctions lists and Tether freezes; large amounts are also screened for links to fraud, darknet and stolen funds. If the risk is high, the exchange is held and we ask in chat for source-of-funds documents (within 7 days). If they are not provided, funds are returned to your address minus a 5% fee, capped at $100.
When is verification (KYC) required?
From $1,000 per order or $3,000 in total over 30 days, and when AML screening requires it. You need a document photo and a selfie.
What if the payout has not arrived?
Open the order page — the payout receipt is there. If it is missing and the time is up, write in the order chat or press "Open an appeal" — an operator will join.
What are the minimum and maximum amounts?
Limits are shown in the exchange form for each direction. The maximum depends on the current reserve; for larger amounts contact support — we'll arrange it in parts or at an individual rate.
Are there extra fees?
No. The "You receive" amount in the order is final: our fees and the payout network fee are included. Your bank may charge its own fee for the outgoing transfer — check your bank's tariffs.
Which USDT network do you accept?
TRC20 (Tron) only. USDT sent on another network (ERC20, BEP20, etc.) may be lost.
Can I pay from someone else's card?
No. Payment is accepted only from the card or account specified in the order, in the name of the person who created it. Third-party payments are refunded.
How does the affiliate programme work?
You earn 0.10–0.25% of the exchange amount of clients who came via your link, in USDT; payout from 10 USDT. Details on the Partners page.
How do I know this is the real Draxma site?
Check the draxma.io address in the browser bar and use the official links from exchange-monitoring sites. We never ask for passwords, SMS codes or seed phrases and never message you first.
