Exchange rules

Draft. Requires legal review. Fields [SPECIFY …] are filled in by the owner. The draxma.io domain and @draxma.io addresses are placeholders until launch.

1. Definitions

  • Service — the Draxma online exchange at draxma.io. Operator — [SPECIFY legal entity, country and registration number].
  • Client — a natural person aged 18+ with full legal capacity, or a legal entity, creating an order.
  • Order — an exchange request with a fixed direction, amount, rate and payment details.

2. Acceptance

By creating an order, the Client confirms they have read and accept these Rules, the AML/KYC policy and the Privacy policy. A new version of the Rules applies to orders created after it is published on the site.

3. Directions, limits and rate

  • USDT (TRC20) ⇄ hryvnia: PrivatBank, Monobank, Visa/Mastercard cards, IBAN; USDT (TRC20) ⇄ lari: TBC Bank, Bank of Georgia.
  • Minimum and maximum amounts are shown in the exchange form for each direction; the maximum depends on the reserve.
  • The rate is locked for 30 minutes from order creation unless the order says otherwise.
  • The amount to receive in the order is final: the Service's fees are already included. Any fee charged by the sender's bank is paid by the Client.

4. Payment

  • Pay in a single transfer, for exactly the order amount, from the details given in the order.
  • Card payments are confirmed with a PDF receipt from the bank app.
  • A payment from a third party, in parts, from another card or for a different amount is a "non-matching payment" (section 5).
  • USDT is credited after TRON network confirmations. Funds sent on another network (ERC20, BEP20, etc.) may be lost; recovery is on separate request and not guaranteed.

5. Late or non-matching payment

  • Payment after the lock expires: the order is recalculated at the current rate. If the difference is within 0.5%, the exchange proceeds automatically; otherwise the Client chooses a new rate or a refund.
  • Amount differs from the order: the Service offers to exchange the actual amount at the current rate or to refund.

6. Timing

Most orders complete automatically within [SPECIFY typical time, e.g. 5–30] minutes after payment is credited. Timing may increase due to AML/KYC checks or bank/network delays. Disputed orders are reviewed within [SPECIFY, e.g. 24 hours] after all documents are received.

7. Refunds

Refunds go to the sender's details minus actual bank or network fees, within [SPECIFY] business days. Refunds to other details only after verification and with support's approval.

8. Refusal of service

The Service may refuse, suspend an order or request documents if: there are signs of fraud, money laundering or sanctions evasion; the Client has not passed verification; the details belong to another person; payment violates section 4.

9. Liability

  • The Client is responsible for the correctness of payment details. Transfers to wrong details provided by the Client are not refunded by the Service.
  • The Service is not liable for delays of banks, payment systems and blockchain networks.
  • The Service's liability is limited to the order amount.

10. Disputes

Send claims via the order chat or to [email protected] with the order number (DX-…). We reply within [SPECIFY] days. Governing law — [SPECIFY jurisdiction].
