How the 30-minute rate lock works
The order rate does not change for 30 minutes. Here is what happens if payment arrives late or the amount differs slightly.
When you create an order, the rate is locked for 30 minutes. The timer is shown at the top of the order page.
Paid on time
You receive exactly the amount in the order. The market may move — it does not matter to you while the timer runs.
For USDT, the send time matters
If the transaction is sent (visible on the TRON network) before the timer ends, the rate is kept even if confirmations arrive later.
±0.5% amount tolerance
Banks and wallets sometimes charge slightly more or less. Within ±0.5% the payout is recalculated proportionally at the order rate.
Paid after the timer
The order is recalculated at the current rate. If it is better for you or worse by no more than 0.5%, the exchange proceeds automatically and we notify you. If it is worse by more than 0.5%, you choose on the order page: accept the new rate or request a refund.
