Pay only from the card stated in the order and upload the PDF receipt from your bank — that keeps the exchange fast.
Pay from your own card
The order contains the card number you pay from. Payments from another card are not credited and will be refunded.
PDF receipt from the bank
After paying, upload the receipt from your banking app as a PDF. Screenshots are easy to fake, so for Ukrainian banks we accept the original PDF only. Accepted formats for each direction are shown on the order page.
