How to Withdraw USDT to a PrivatBank Card

A step-by-step guide to exchanging USDT on the TRC20 network for hryvnia and receiving it on a PrivatBank card. What to prepare, how to track your order and which mistakes to avoid.

If you hold USDT and need hryvnia on a PrivatBank card, you can do it through an online exchange without registering. Here is the process from creating an order to receiving your funds.

What to prepare

  • USDT on the TRC20 (Tron) network in your wallet or exchange account.
  • The number of the PrivatBank card that should receive the hryvnia.
  • An email address, where the order status is sent.

Step by step

  2. In the form, choose «Tether TRC20» → «PrivatBank» and enter the USDT amount within the limits. The «You receive» field shows the final amount: Draxma's fees and the network fee for the payout are already included.
  3. Enter the card number and your email. Check every digit carefully.
  4. Create the order. The rate is locked for the period stated in the order, usually 30 minutes.
  5. Copy the payment address from the order page and send USDT on the TRC20 network only. Your own wallet or exchange sets its withdrawal fee, so account for it to make sure the full amount from the order arrives.
  6. Wait for TRON network confirmations. The status is visible live on the order page and in emails.
  7. Once the USDT is credited, the payout is made automatically unless an additional check is needed. The exchange usually takes up to 30 minutes.

Checks (AML and KYC)

The wallet address is screened against sanctions lists. If the risk is high, the exchange is paused and you may be asked in the chat for documents proving the source of funds. Verification (a photo of your ID and a selfie) is required from $1,000 per order or $3,000 in total over 30 days, and whenever an AML check requires it, whatever the amount.

Common mistakes

  • Sending USDT on another network (ERC20, BEP20): such funds may be lost.
  • A typo in the card number or address: double-check before confirming.
  • Paying late: if the rate has changed by then, the order is recalculated. The exchange completes automatically if the new rate is better for you or worse by no more than 0.5%. Otherwise you choose a new rate or a refund.
  • Visiting the site through a dubious link: check that the address is draxma.io. Draxma never asks for passwords, SMS codes or seed phrases.

If the money has not arrived

Open the order page, which should show the payout confirmation. If it is missing and the time has passed, write in the order chat or press «Open appeal».
