How to withdraw USDT to a Monobank card
A step-by-step guide to exchanging USDT (TRC20) for hryvnia and receiving the money on a Monobank card, with what to check before and after sending.

If you hold USDT and need hryvnia on a Monobank card, it takes only a few steps. Below is a simple walkthrough and the points worth checking so you avoid mistakes.
What to prepare
- USDT on the TRC20 (Tron) network in your wallet. Other networks such as ERC20 or BEP20 do not work: funds sent that way may be lost.
- A small reserve for the network fee when sending. It is charged by the blockchain, not by the exchange.
- The number of the Monobank card that should receive the hryvnia.
- An email address, where the order status is sent.
Step-by-step
- Open the website and make sure the browser address bar shows draxma.io.
- In the exchange form choose the "Tether TRC20 → Monobank" direction. You can also see the rate and limits for this direction on its own page.
- Enter the amount. Limits are shown in the form; as of 2026-10-24 21:39 UTC they were 65.4021–545.018 USDT and the rate was 1 USDT = 45.8701 UAH. Rates change, so rely on the figures in the form.
- Look at the "You receive" field: this amount is final, as Draxma's fees and the network payout fee are already included.
- Enter your Monobank card number and email. Check every digit carefully.
- Create the order. The rate is locked for the period stated in the order, usually 30 minutes.
- Send USDT to the address shown in the order via the TRC20 network. Copy the address instead of typing it by hand.
- Follow the status on the order page. After TRON network confirmations the payout is automatic unless an extra check is needed. An exchange usually takes up to 30 minutes.
Checks and verification
Without registration you can exchange up to $1,000 per order. Verification (a document photo and a selfie) is required from $1,000 in a single order or $3,000 in total over 30 days. The wallet address is also screened by AML checks, and if the risk is high the exchange may be paused until supporting documents are provided.
Common mistakes
- Sending USDT on a network other than TRC20.
- A typo in the card number or wallet address.
- Paying late: if the rate lock has expired, the order is recalculated at the current rate.
- Assuming the bank takes nothing: Monobank may have its own tariffs, so check them if needed.
- Trusting "support" messages from personal accounts. Draxma never asks for passwords, SMS codes or seed phrases.
If the money has not arrived
Open the order page and look for the payout confirmation. If it is missing and the time has run out, write in the order chat or press "Open appeal" and a manager will join.
In short: choose the direction, check the "You receive" amount, send USDT only via TRC20 and follow the order status.
