Verification is required from $1,000 per order or from $3,000 over 30 days. For smaller amounts, documents are usually not required, but we may request them if there are risk indicators.
Your card only
We accept payment from the card stated in the order. Payments from someone else’s card are refunded.
New rate or refund
If the rate moved beyond tolerance or payment arrived late — a new rate or a refund, your choice.

How long does an exchange take?
Once the payment is received, the payout is sent automatically unless an additional check is required. USDT is credited after TRON network confirmations; a card payment is credited after the bank receipt is checked. An exchange usually takes up to 30 minutes; the status is shown live on the order page.
Do I need to sign up?
No. Without registration, you can exchange up to $1,000 per order. Status updates are sent to your email, and the order can be opened via the link in the email. An account gives you history, turnover-based discounts and the referral program. We may request verification regardless of whether you have an account.
How long is the rate fixed?
For the period stated in the order — usually 30 minutes from its creation. If the payment arrives later, the order is recalculated at the current rate: if it is better for you or worse by no more than 0.5%, the exchange is executed automatically; otherwise, you choose between the new rate and a refund.
Why a PDF receipt from the bank?
For card payments we verify the transfer with the bank's PDF receipt — screenshots are easy to fake.
What is AML screening?
We check every wallet address against sanctions lists and the list of addresses blocked by the USDT issuer; large amounts are also checked for links to fraud, the darknet and stolen funds. If the risk is high, the exchange is suspended and we request source of funds documents in the chat (deadline: 7 days). If they are not provided, the funds are refunded less a 5% fee, no more than 100 USDT, unless the law requires them to be frozen.
